So, I have dabbled a bit in trying mushrooms in capsule form. I've tried the usual Lion's Mane without having noticed any difference at all. Then I was enrolled in a research trial involving a different strain of mushroom. Sadly, I couldn't remember what the strain was, but I figured I might try others. This complex is a mix of 10 different mushroom strains and a few other stragglers of other stuff, like gingko biloba. I have been taking these for not even a week, and I have noticed a dramatic difference in my energy level and my concentration. It's not one of those differences that hits you and you can feel it; it's one of those differences that 2 hours later you stop and think, "Wow I've gotten a lot done and I m feeling pretty darn good!" As far as dosage, it says to take 1 capsule daily, but having had gastric bypass many years ago, my system only digests roughly 20% of anything I take in. So, I end up taking more doses than a person with a normal stomach. I take roughly 2 capsules 3 times a day, and that keeps me awake and churning away efficiently at my work.

Mushrooms and powders and mixes have blown up over the last couple years. Thought I'd give these a go. They are fine. There is nothing from a flavor profile that stands out, far better way to get your Mushroom then the powdered mixes they are all awful. These seem fine, didn't notice a change any physiological aspect of my body. However Mushroom of all sorts are a big part of my diet as well as these. Nothing here I can say positive or negative they are easy to swallow and digest with no flavor or burps. On the market for these can't give a reason why not to use these. They claim to use extracts which from research in past is the preferred method for health benefits outside of eating. The powders vs extracts state the concentration of extracts produce a healthier result then that of powder alone. So again these are solid and would recommend

This seems like a great quality product based its purity, ingredients and lack of fillers/toxins. It's also reasonably priced and a medium sized capsul. Most mushroom supplements are giant capsules or 3 smaller sized capsules, which makes it more expensive. This bottle is definitely more cost effective. So I really wanted to love these capusules but unfortunately they made me sick. They gave me horrible acid reflux and stomach pains. I do have mild acid reflux but it rarely bothers me. These made my acid reflux so much worse. I thought I was going to throw up. I stopped taking them 2 days ago and my acid reflux has greatly improved. But I am still not 100% back to normal. I hope to be back to normal in a few more days. If you don't have acid reflux, you might have a different result but if you have acid reflux to any degree, I don't recommend it.

I love taking the easy 1 pill daily dose first thing in the morning, it helps gets my day off to a good, energized start. I love that it contains a potent dose of so many mushroom nutrients, along with the added bonus of Bacopa, Gingko Biloba and Gotu Kola, all ingredients I have found effective and beneficial for me. It’s amazing how this product can fit so many different mushrooms and supplements into small, easy-to-take capsules! 12,000 mg is quite powerful, when many other mushroom products offer a third or a quarter of that potency. In addition, this bottle has 90 capsules—you wouldn’t want to exceed one a day, so this is truly a three-month supply for a great price (about $20). Each capsule has concentrated Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shitake, Enoki, Chaga, Ginko Biloba, Cordyceps Sinensis, Agaricus, Oyster, Gott Kola, and Bacopa. (I wasn’t previously familiar with a few of these.)It’s always difficult to tell to what extent an herbal supplement product is effective, but I definitely feel more energized after taking one of these. They are easy to swallow with no noticeable taste or aftertaste.This is a fabulous mega dosage of the most sought-after mushrooms (and other herbs) that’s vegan and free of gluten and GMOs. Good product!

Overall: Recommended! Good supplement made using Good manufacturing practice or GMP. Nothing objectionable in the capsule. The company is newer but has many products on the market. The supplement is formulated in India. Good broad spectrum mushroom supplement with immune system stabilization potentially. Always check with your health practitioner such as an ayurvedic or naturopath prior to starting new supplements to get a second opinion. the company is named organic but no organic ingredients are stated.
