Great tea
I have been happy with this Loose Black Tea. I prefer a traditional cup of tea with plenty of flavour, and this makes a good brew that can be adjusted. * Easy to control the strength: One of the things I like about loose tea is being able to decide exactly how much to use. I can make a lighter cup or leave it to brew a little stronger depending on what I fancy. * Excellent for brewing in a teapot: This works particularly well in a traditional teapot. The leaves have time to infuse properly. * Good colour and aroma: Once brewed, the tea develops a nice deep colour and has a pleasant, tea aroma that adds to the overall experience. * Works well with milk: I normally enjoy black tea with milk, and the flavour of this tea remains noticeable after milk is added. * If you enjoy the traditional process of making tea with loose leaves, this is a good option. I particularly like having more control over the amount of tea and brewing time. Overall, this has been a very enjoyable loose black tea for me. I like the rich flavour, pleasant aroma and the flexibility of being able to brew it exactly.

Better than teabags.
Tastes a million times better than teabags. Tastes like tea tasted back in the 1960s.

My favorite tea
This is my favorite tea: smooth and delicious, no aftertaste, perfect with milk and sugar. I keep coming back to it no matter which other teas I try, as it has the perfect flavor for a reasonable price. I make a 1200 ml pot with five slightly overfull teaspoons of tea and steep for eight minutes.

It's PG Tips
Wow, apparently some of the reviewers have never had PG Tips before. It is what it is - the quintessential British Breakfast tea. I've apparently bought 6 of 1.5 kg boxes from Amazon over the years and who knows how many tea bags of theirs. Sometimes I try a different brand and then I'm disappointed and always go back. Fair - some of that might be nostalgia of this being the tea I grew up with. When I was a kid I needed milk and 4 sugars but now I just drink it black. :)

Yay! Tiny leaves for faster brewing
This is a delicious proper UK world wide favorite black tea. For those of us who refuse to use tea bags, this perfect blend of cut/crushed, not pulverized, leaves is a blessing. Because it brews in a minute or 2, not in 4-5 minutes like big leaves do. The flavor is rich, reliable and exciting. I didn't have a kitchen maid because I'm the kitchen wench, and on many a morning we have a time crunch. I can brew a huge 48 oz pot of tea and be satisfied with the flavor and flavinoids in 2 minutes not 5 minutes. Stop complaining about the crushed leaves dear. They are neither pulverized nor powered. The crushing allows brewing a delicious cup in less than half time, while a bunch of half grown grown children meow like cats for the tea that goes with their toast and cream at breakfast.

Price was great but the taste was not
It tasted very stale, bitter, earthy, and old. I have had PG tea in the past and based on that and their "quality" name, I bought this. However, I will not order this again. Diappointing.

Great tea
I love PG Tips, and have been drinking it for several years now. Because of all of the microplastics in the glue in tea bags, I decided to switch to loose leaf. It tastes great, just takes a couple of minutes to steep, and has lots of flavor. It's much cheaper to buy in bulk. Then I transfer it to a jar as needed.
