Excellent results. I started out taking daily but have adjusted to every other day as that is what works best for me. Movements are consistent, quick and mess free! Be sure you drink 8oz of water directly after. I take the powder with 12oz of water (shaken well) then follow with 8oz. I think room temp is best. Taste is not great - hold your nose and chug! It is worth it!

I was shocked to discover that this and several other similar Fiber Products were the only ones with safe lead content. But I was afraid because the other three might be hard to adjust to because they were too hard to swallow and other issues. But the powder sounded OK and it turns out it was. I mix it with a small amount of juice in a container and then add the rest of the glass of juice and shake it well and vigorously while i does not dissolve like the popular brands, it is easy and pleasant to get down and easily tolerated because I drink lots of water knowing that without the liquid any fiber supplement can be dangerous. So far I have been most pleased with the firm stools and not having to use lots of tissue afterward, which I did with the others. And the stools are not TOO firm either because that can be a problem. Also the gas expelled usually late in the day is GAS and no surprises which could occur with the others. I wish I could tell the world to buy this stuff because my initial fear has turned to joy!!

Started taking psyllium husk for digestion. When we first used this it was clumpy and hard to mix. Did some research and saw the suggestion to use a cheap frothing tool to mix this (we got one from IKEA for $2-3). Makes a world of difference ~ doesn’t clump anymore and tastes great! Would recommend drinking as soon as you mix as it starts to turn to jelly pretty quickly.

Purchased this product as a alternative to store brands because I wanted a product with no sugar, food coloring or other impurities. Drawback is you definitely need to get used to the taste(not for everyone) and also need a frother to dissolve this product since a spoon won't work well and the product will clump. Personally I think the minimal drawbacks are a small price to pay for a healthy product.

This is miles more effective than any other psyllium husk powder I have ever used. I know it's on the pricier side but trust me this bottle will last you a while. It absorbs so much better than the flavored version you'll find at your grocery store - just make sure to drink it fast so you don't have to drink jello (unless that's your thing).

I just made a very tasty chocolate milkshake, using milk and psyllium powder and dark cocoa with some ice and vanilla extract and it was easy to drink and digest. Normally, I have a difficult time with psyllium, but this was great and actually became a meal.

The bottle is deceivingly small. See the picture with the banana for scale. You think that you're going to get a lot more for the high price that's charged. Tastes horrible compared to most other store brand psyllium products that have some flavoring component to it. Recommend skipping this one.
