Couch as described, just what we were looking for for our space, easy to put together and sturdy, make sure you put in the middle peg leg. Couch is firm but comfortable, material seems like good quality and able to be spot cleaned. Shipping and packaging was good, our delivery guy was super helpful and accommodating.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure what to expect as this couch didn't have any reviews. The purchase defaulted to full setup, which was nice. There was a 12 hour window for delivery, between 8am-8pm which was hard as they came at 6pm. But they set up the couch in place and put it together. The directions are super tiny and hard to read and it has "seat stretcher" arms underneath, along with a leg in the center of the couch for support. The fabric is nice and the couch feels really comfortable. Plus, it's long enough for a nap!

This sofa isn’t quite as tall as I’d like but that’s my issue. The quality for the price is fantastic. I just needed a sofa for casual seating. Not binge watching tv. It fits the bill. I tend to tire of furniture so I try to purchase quality items with a good price point, because I’ll change it out in a few years. That’s why I went with Ashley. Ashley furniture has never let me down.Also!! Delivery was seamless! I saw via tracking the sofa had made it to my area, contacted Amazon about having it delivered sooner..no problem it was delivered 2 days later. Delivery company brought the sofa right inside.

The couch and material is great. The description notes it’s fully assembled but it is not. The legs can be screwed on but each leg comes with a base that must be screwed in to secure the leg with four screws and the screws need to be drilled in because mine did not match up. Please be mindful of this.

The description says that it comes assembled, but it does not. The 4 legs had to be screwed in and I had to show the delivery person where that needed to be done. I found the stabilizer bar and pulled it down for her as she checked the directions on placement of the middle piece. She tore the thin underlining on the left, (see the sag) and said she had never done one of these before. She read the directions while I was doing other things and said she had done it. It came with 4 of the pins, but she could only find a use for 2. It was straight initially and minutes after I sat on it, the middle piece partially collapsed to the side. I contacted Customer Service and was told I would receive an email to set up a time for someone else to intall the piece properly. This is the perfect little sofa for my home library. I needed something compact but big enough to fit a couple of dogs and myself! The cushions are really comfy. It’s a good balance between firm and plush. The material has been easy to clean as well (dog paw prints). Only took 10 minutes to set up and most of that was just unwrapping the plastic and cardboard! Absolutely pleased.

Super comfy and amazing quality for the price, I have bought my fair share of couches and this one is definitely a winner

If you are debating on purchasing this sofa, I would say do it! They are beautiful! The fabric is chenille and is a really pretty cream with flecks of beige.
