Arrived warm, not refrigerated!!
Product was warm and curdled, not able to be consumed. Total waste of money. There is no refund service in this product. Don’t buy!

Horrible after taste
Tastes nothing like caramel macchiato, the aftertaste is so bitter and makes my coffee taste horrible. I’ve tried a few times to try and enjoy this product, but the flavor is all wrong.
