It's essentially a sock that you twist and fold over itself. This ends up with having two layers that the chalk has to get through, which makes it quite hard to get enough chalk on your hands. Since you have to fold it over itself, it isn't as convenient as chalk balls that have a drawstring, and you end up losing a lot of chalk when you try to fill it as there is chalk trapped between the two layers when you unfold it to refill. Save your money and just buy the regular chalk ball, I wish I did.

Good for climbing and lifting. Dries hands with way less mess than other options.

Good bag of chalk but don't be fooled like i was thinking it's an actual bag that carrys the chalk. It's a pouch that has chalk in it.

Very compact. Had a little trouble coating my hands during the first use and felt like I mad a mess when I started to really pat it on. Great after a few uses and the chalk really sticks. Rarely have to recoat in a session
