I've used this device multiple times since my purchase and I feel like it has been useful in reducing some amount of pain. The device has various intensities but I have been able to tolerate the intensity at the lowest level only. It has also has multiple programs which deliver different types of frequencies. The little usage guide has all the instructions about the device and how to set the program you need. The device is easy to use. Each program last for 15 minutes which is enough time for a tens cycle. The two adhesive pads are of good quality. I've used only one of them yet and the adhesion is still very strong. The only thing that I feel that can be improved is probably the size of adhesive pad. A little smaller size might be helpful. I've noticed that if the surface of the pad doesn't stick all over the skin (ankles, foot, elbow) then you might not feel the current, thus probably a smaller size of the pad might help. Overall I'm very happy with the product and it has saved me a lot of money on physiotherapy fees.

Brilliant device ruined by poor accessory design This could have been a near-perfect pain relief device… but the accessories completely let it down. The UltraCare PRO TENS 2.0 itself works well and does relieve pain as promised. The modes and intensity levels are effective, and the device feels solid. Unfortunately, the gel pads are shockingly poor. The adhesive gel peeled off after just a couple of uses, making the device almost unusable. For a product meant to be used repeatedly, this is a major design flaw. A great core product with stupid accessory design. Pain relief works — longevity doesn’t. Verdict: Not worth buying unless UltraCare fixes the pad quali
