Escape from . . . the Terrorist Attacks of 9/11

The entire series is incredibly distasteful. I thought “Escape from Hurricane Katrina” was the winner, but boy, does this take the cake. We don’t need fictional, “relatable” characters to teach kids about 9/11 - we have the stories of actual survivors. Stop writing this garbage.

Yeah, I get it. Real world event. Problem I have is a 2nd grader (7 year old) being exposed to this in the sense of, “hey, you have to escape the evil terrorist attack”. Way to go Author. Nope, not happening.
