This was so close to what I was looking for. Easy to cut and place on the mirror. No issues with it falling off or catching on anything yet. It’s been up for several months. More than enough to do a couple of mirrors.

So far, it looks good. Its hard and semi-flexible. I used it to trim arund a stove i put in. I just needed to fill the 1/8th inch gap between the counter and stove. Its an induction stove, so im not horribly concerned about heat. I placed it and used a lighter to heat it around the bend to relieve any potential stress. It looks good to me and didnt cost $109 like these kits @ lowes or other places. So far, its sticking pretty good. Will update if things change.

Sticky and easy to use. I used to frame a mirror in my bathroom. It’s hasn’t been up long but it was easy to cut and place. Looks great!

Good product. Beautiful. But...... I used this product in the bathroom.It is easy to cut. The glue backing does not stick very well. It has only been a couple of months. It does initially; However it is already lifting in some spots.
