Fantastic hobby light!
I've bought a few different light brands in the past to help me illuminate my painting area for painting Warhammer minis but each had their own issues. Looking online, the most commonly recommended light was the Neatfi XL but I was a little hesitant with spending so much.I wish I'd done it earlier, I'd have actually saved money in the long run from buying cheaper lights hoping to achieve the same result. The light is fantastic, the size of the light covers my painting area easily and thanks to the adjustable brightness, I can make sure I have the right amount of light for what I need. The manoeuvrability is also great; I can easily shift the light to where I need it. For example, I can move it to the side and swivel the head to ensure I find light up my minis for when I'm airbrushing (using an old Amazon delivery box as a airbrush box).I bought the non-CCT version (can't change the colour temperature) as I only need a daytime white light for painting. I would recommend this easily.

No Base supplied unfortunately
What a super light, I ordered one before this and the light was very poor in comparison, this is very very bright and great for craft, sewing model painting etc. The only shame is that it is fixed with a side bracket to the edge of the table you are using, I salvaged an old heavy angle poise base as my table doesn't have a lip for the side bracket. It works fine in that but would have been nice to have the option as they would match [silver lamp, white base] It is good that it is plugged into the mains and not a usb fitting. The only other problem is that it has a three year extended warrantee but the page comes up as an error, have sent message to supplier to see what to do , will update when I get a reply. I have only given 4 stars because of no base and unable at the moment to get warrantee done.

Awesome light. Expensive, but worth it
I paid £87.96 for this on 20/12/22 during a sale. It felt expensive even on discount, but when it arrived and I had set it up I felt a lot better about the price, because it's a really decent light. It feels very well made. The fitting used to attach it to a desk works great, and it fits easily onto the corner of my desk. The arm for moving the light around has the perfect balance of stiffness to keep it exactly where you move it, while also being easy to move it - you change the high and and position by dragging it around, and the angle of the light on the arm is changed by loosening/tightening an adjusting wheel. The light itself is very wide - I measured it to be about 50cm. The diffused light it emits makes it perfect for illuminating whatever is beneath it from all angles, so it's great for activities like painting models where shadows can be a pain. It's also super bright, so much so that I always put it on the lowest setting while using it (there are 4 brightness levels). I don't know this is definitely the case, but the tone of the light feels like sunlight - when I have it on during the night I feel like it keeps me awake/alert.Overall, I highly recommend it! I think it's a fantastic product, and would certainly buy it again.

Good Quality
After the purchase of a couple of cheaper lamps I finally decided to buy this lamp despite the cost. It was a good purchase in my opinion. The lamp is of a high quality and runs off a 12v (I think) wall adapter. So you could, in theory, power it via an alternative source. As of the time of writing this review I have owned the lamp for just over two years and have been using it almost daily. It is mounted above my main work place clamped to a wall shelf. I have modified the swivel bracket (by filing off a metal tab) so that I have a choice of shining upwards for a diffused light or shining directly onto my work surface for intricate work. Another (bigger and brighter) Neatfi lamp has been purchased and I will be using this in another part of my work room. That says it all about what I think of Neatfi and their lamps. It's better to pay a bit more to get a better product and Neatfi certainly delivers.

Excellent lamp
I bought this lamp in order to help me paint miniature figures for wargaming. I had read several reviews for several different lamps, but the reviews for this one were quite good, and it was not too pricey. Yes it is close to one hundred pounds, but if the lamp lasts as long as it should, it represents excellent value for money. I am slightly older now than when I last did painting, and I wanted to get into it to such an extent that I could start submitting projects for competitions. I have used it in the last fortnight and have not been disappointed. It gives excellent coverage of the model and there are several light settings, so if the light is a bit on the bright side, you can turn it down. Using the light I can pick out some fine detail without the need to resort to a magnifying glass. It is easy to set up and very stable. I do not have a dedicated room for my modelling, so I end up working on the dining room table a lot. Once clamped in place, it is very stable and easy to control in terms of how close you can put it to the model. You can also fully extend the top part of the arm without the lamp coming out of the clamp due to the altered weight distribution. The only thing that I would point out is that the lamp cannot rotate 360 degrees and it can be a little awkward to move it around until you are use to it. There is a pivot guard just above the light that can get in the way of it's movement sometimes. This is only a very minor issue and once you get used to dealing with that, it becomes easier. Because it is so minor, I have kept this to a 5 star review. If, like me, you are someone who is coming back to a hobby due to staying indoors and need some light to help you, then I recommend this light.
