Q: are the sides adjustable? It says tie sides but the pic does not show this clearly. I want to be able to make them tight or loose with the ties.

You can cinch them a bit at the bottom by pulling down on the tie and then tightening but doesn't make a huge difference in the width. I'd say it just makes the sides look shorter or longer depending on how much coverage you want. I think they're great though. Nice fit, cute style.

Q: Are these bikini bottoms lined?

My daughter has the black and it has an inner black lining layer. Great bottoms! Fit and look great!

Q: Waist 34 weight 180 any size recommend?

A size large should fit comfortably!
