Must-have for cold season. We repurchase Zicam over and over. It does seem to shorten the duration of a cold, particularly if you take it right away. I especially like this bottle with the variety of flavors. The taste is good for a zinc product -- which can sometimes leave a terrible aftertaste. The bottle is not large so if you have a couple of sick family members in your home, plan on going through it pretty quickly.

I swear by these! Seriously, I’ve avoided symptoms of multiple colds if I take one or two or these as soon as I get a hint of a scratchy throat. I’ll forever be keeping these in my home stock!

Way better than the lozenges!!! I wasn't bothered by an aftertaste and could stand to eat it slowly.

I work at a school and all my friends joke I’m the zicam dealer. I hear a sneeze or cough and I’m pulling out my bottle. I keep one in my bag and one on my counter. A must if you are around kids…or people…or people with kids!!

I took the gummies for several days, can't be sure if they helped. The taste was good but I didn't like the sugar on the gummy, just a little too sweet for me..
