It's time Touchscreen Styluses were standardized. My Samsung Tablet has a stylus which will only work on the Samsung Tablet. My Samsung Note Galaxy 20 has a stylus which will only work on the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. My Microsoft Surface 2 laptop has a stylus which will only work on the Microsoft Surface 2. I understand Apple devices are similar. Non-chargeable styluses will work on all of them, but the rubber tips need to spread out to simulate a fingertip. The rubber tips, therefore are broad and imprecise. There are some non-chargeable styluses which have fine tips, but they need a transparent disk surrounding the tip to give the breadth. Enter the chargeable (Capacative) stylus. These have fine tips. This R3 stylus pen doesn't take long to charge. 3 blue lights, near the blunt end, stop flashing when this is achieved. The pen switches on and off by a short press on the blunt end, very precise because the 3 lights are on when the pen is switched on, and vice versa. It is necessary to switch it off when not in use, to save the battery, and that can be between bursts of writing - it is quick to respond. Like the non-chargeable styluses, the R3 can be used on any touchscreen that I own. The fine tip is made of hard plastic, which makes a Clicking noise on a touchscreen. In a quiet room, this can become annoying. Obviously the rubber type are silent. Unfortunately, what makes the non-dedicated styluses impractical is that the screen cannot tell the difference between swiping up to move the page up, and swiping up to draw a line upwards. You cannot write on a page while your wrist rests on the page, like pencil and paper. Dedicated styluses are good for understanding these 2 issues. I know you can go to Settings and turn off Wrist Sensitivity, but I have tried this and, if I can find the setting, it doesn't work. For now, the R3 is confined to the bottom drawer.

Bought this as I wanted a better stylus than the cheap one I had, and it's brilliant! Didn't need to connect to Bluetooth, clicked the button on the top and it worked straight away, fabulous stylus!!

It is a comfortable pen, it works well, it connects easily with my phone and tablet (android). Ideal for taking notes and sketching. The pressure sensitivity is not perfect (compared to a wacom), so it is not ideal for professional (like a graphic designer). For me it is perfect, moreover considering the price.
