Purchased for my 10 year old daughter who loves highland cows and she adores it. The lavender smell is nice (smells like real lavender, so hopefully it is), and it’s super cute. No problems with heating it in the microwave and it seems to hold the heat for a while. It did arrive tightly wrapped and the hair was very flat, so I fluffed it very gently with a comb and that helped. The hair does pull out easily though so you have to be very careful if you comb it.

The first time we microwaved it was wet and smelly, my toddler lost interest entirely!!

It's a perfect size to hold and keep next to me. The first time I put it in the microwave it smelled kind of bad when I took it out. Could be that I need to clean the microwave but it smelled like something for the stuffie. I sprayed it down with a lavender spray and it much better now.

My wife loves it. It's very cute. It stays warm for a long time.

My monkey loving son had surgery so I got him this as a comfort snuggly. It is soooo soft. The smell was a little strong when it came but it has gotten better.

The little Westie dog is so cute! For my grands Christmas so not sure about how well it works. She has trouble settling at night and thought this might help. She loves our westie and calls him "My Gibby" so, out of all the choices this was the one! Very soft fur, nice weight and size for a preschooler. I hope she loves this one as much as the real one.

I got something similar to this last year for my mom, who is 99 and is always cold. She iked it so much she asked for another one recently. She has also been asking for a dog, but knows she is not really up for dog walking and dog care...so I selected the dog version...and it is a hit. I'm going to get one of these for myself, as it is perfect for warming my cold feet at night in the winter months. If you have not used these before, then I have one caution/piece of advice: be VERY careful not to heat this item in the microwave for longer than the time specified. If you let them heat up in the microwave too long (and even 20 seconds can be too long), they can get messed up and little bits of grain/seeds start leaking out. Overall, these are a godsend for people with cold feet--just follow the heating directions carefully.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter. We have a Scottish background in our family, so the Highland cow was a nice treat. I gave a similar gift to my daughter when she was much younger and she always liked the cozy animal that you can throw in the microwave, and use for pain or comfort. After many years of use, it was time to place.

What the actual F*** is this. the product isn't even the same color, is missing the heating pad,ripped at the top so it has hair, the stitching isn't the same, the eyes and mouth look like they were sewn on by a 5 year old they're all slanted. I would give this 0 stars if I could. complete disappointment and waste of money

10 out of 10 cuteness. Love the design. Nice and heavy, feels great to have in bed when its cold outside. It did seem a bit damp the first few times I heated it, but there is a warning for that included in the package, and it improved.My only warning is to NOT overheat it, or heat it again if its cooling down, as I think you can scorch the stuff inside. I majorly overheated it and it changed the smell a bit, so obey the instructions!

Nose should be black. Once I used a permanent black marker on it the real Westie keeps checking it to see if it is a real dog.

I love my grumpy black cat. I had a hot water bottle that one night leaked and soaked my bedding and mattress. This will never happen with my cozy black cat, he smells nice and stays warm a long time. I am happy I bought him.
