Love it
I was buying Starbucks everyday whish ya'llknow is expensive. Decided to invest my money on a expresso machine. Love it very easy to use and it's simple. I love lattes taste better then Keurig machines and not too expensive.

Machine looks amazing, but does not heat up water
Brand new right of of the box, machine doesn’t work, water/coffee comes out cold! Gauge not functioning.Called Amazon, they said call manufacturer. Cannot do, no phone number!!Manufacturer only has an email on instruction booklet, no Phone number!?!I emailed Zstar manufacturer 3 times andNO RESPONSE RECEIVED!DONT BUY THISMACHINE. I’m sending it back toAmazon

Great product for great price!
The packaging was very well done to prevent any damage during shipping. Easy setup. The machine looks nice on the counter. Quite eye appealing.

The steam gave problems after two days
I been using this machine for two days and the steam wand doesn’t work anymore, amazon is telling me that I need to clean the filter but it’s too soon to have problems like this.UPDATE. I was able to fix it and I’m just expecting this doesn’t happen too often.

Did not work as intended
I made a video of this product on my YT channel DIY DAD HUB and put it through a series of tests to see if I can get this machine to produce a good espresso shot. This machine came short of doing it, it did make coffee but it would not hold pressure and it defiantly did not make the creme as it was intended to.

Great beginner machine
Purchased for my husband's birthday. we are beginner coffee makers. But this machine is very easy to use. It's a perfect all in one machine at a great price.

Does not get the pressure it needs for an espresso
No foam at top of cup. It worked the first couple cups and then … no more. I really liked the look and it seems well built if only the pressure would work. The directions say to put 33 pounds of pressure on it when you pack the coffee and that’s not feasible.

Messy, not efficient
I am disappointed in this machine; it brews a great espresso, but the milk/cream overboils when it's frothed.. I've tried trouble shooting/using very little, cleaning the nozzle, but it still pours over/boils over and makes a big mess each time I froth.. I've emailed Zstar and still haven't heard anything. Will probably return and start over researching a new espresso machine.
