Saving the Liberty Bell (On My Own History)

Great book, good illustrations. John Mickley (sr.) is my 5th great grandfather, so I have purchased several copies of this for the children in our family... actually need to get a couple more for the new kids. They enjoy having this knowledge as a special part of their family history.

I bought this book for my kids. The person in this book is my 7th great grandfather.

The boy in this book is my great-great-great-great grandfather. So glad to see a true historical and entertaining book. I've gotten this one for my relatives, even older ones, and they all enjoyed it. The story is also listed in our geneaology book.

This is an excellent story based on historical fact about one of our country's most important symbols, the Liberty Bell. It's an eloquent example of how a child can make a difference.
