Can it be used on a warm item like a transmission?

This is a wax type substance that I used to seal the door cavity in my Chevelle. I would not recommend using this product on parts that get hot for extended periods of time i.e. transmissions and engines

Would this work to stop rust. Inside of rocker panels or slow it down?

It wont stop pre existing rust but may slow it down somewhat. It is designed to be applied to properly prepared metal.

Will it damage wiring?

No , it's a liquid wax , that dries to a soft wax , totally awesome for boxed frames

Second to none

This stuff is great. It's ridiculously expensive, as are the hoses for them, but it's second to none in cavity wax. It goes a long way as well. One of my cans arrived damaged, but after providing a photo it was promptly refunded, no harm no foul.

Awesome stuff, not just for cavities either.

Sprays thin and works into crevices, sets up to a nice wax that does not harden or flake off. I recommend two coats a few hours apart. Works good as a surface protectant as well, stays translucent so you can see whats going on underneath it. A tip for applying: Spray it when the product is warm. Fill your sink with hot water (or boil a pan of water) and put the can in there to warm up the product. It lays down much smoother and evenly when warm.
