Bad Packaging, Product damaged
Packaging has no shock absorbing material. It got dented in transit.Product itself is lightweight and colour is good but build quality is just average like any other brands. Nothing unique as they claim in Shark Tank.

Wrost product
Bag ko back side se thoda ka bhi pressure ayaa toh ander ke rod bend ho gaegee. Shark tank main bag ke front side se jump kar ke dikhaya thaa. Agar back side se jump karuge toh ander ke rod bend ho gaegee because material hard nhi hai.😡😡

Very fragile and bad product design
Trolley is extremely fragile and gets stuck almost every time. Lock is placed upside down which shows horrible product design.
