Sweet grist leftover
Mixed Avangard and Weyermann but my mash cooled off to 145F so I left it for 2 hours and it was slow to start fermenting with WLP800. The grist was still sweet when it was done but I had enough to get my SG to 1.056. Next time I'll do a decoction mash with pils.
