So easy to use
I like this item. So easy to set-up

Useless Product
No drivers available to set up on PC - serial number not recognised - in 'support' I was told that it was an invalid serial number even when I sent a photograph of the serial number sticker on the scanner - should have stuck with Canon products - I can't use this brand new scanner. No stars in review, (although there must be at least one) there should be minus stars available for Epson products.

Epson software is not the best.
Both my PCs, Windows 10 and 11, could not detect the scanner at first. I uninstalled and downloaded the drivers again. Finally, it is working now.Epson software is not the best, but it is working at the moment, so I am changing the one-star review.

Review Epson 19 11
Scanner structure & function OK but let down badly by its USB connection and intolerably by its software. Fortunately for me, as an Apple user, better software comes with my system so I could discard Epson's version.
