This Tena Maximum Men's Guard is better than the Level 1 Men's Guard
Unfortunately, I had to move up from Tena Extra Light (Level 0) to the next level. The adhesive strip on this Maximum Men's Guard does not go all the way to the top or the bottom, allowing the top to fold over when I tuck back in. The liner is better quality than Level 1, but not as good as the Level 0. This Men's Maximum 50600 holds more than Level 1, however, the adhesive strip should go all the way to the top and the bottom and they should be available in black, like Level 0. One tip, I wear PROTECHDRY Washable & Reusable Urinary Incontinence Cotton Boxer Brief Underwear for Men - 5 Pack with a guard, that way I can dispose of the guard and still have protection.

No leaking, - do what they are designed to do absorb leaks - fairly comfortable not noisy - a bit bulky but a lot better than the competition, glad I can buy them here at Amazon

Good coverage but adhesion feels insufficient
Has good coverage size, but the lack of strong adhesive prevents me from giving it 5 stars. Increasing the width of the adhesive strip may result in being an equally sufficient alternative solution.
