So the one thing the seller omitted to say was it's a money box, with slot and a rubber bung. It's very nice quality and worth it's price but it may not be suitable for a gift for adults, being a money box dependant on your feelings. I purchased it for a x mass present for adults who love cats, they also collect coins and have several "lucky ones" so I'm OK, they stick a lucky coin in and extra lucky. It's sold as a ornament though so a bit dishonest, ironically they would probably sell more if it was presented as a lucky money box. Again though it's very nice quality and a fair price. I

Had this bought for me for my birthday. Really pretty china cat, but will add that the arms do not move, but I love it anyway.
