I've been taking this for some weeks now. I must say say I can definitely see some progress. The way I take my protein may be differ from other people BUT the foundation is going to come from your diet and your workouts. Not too sound to preachy.Shake mixes well and tastes great of course it is not going to be as sweet as this is whey isolate. Love the olimp resealable bags.This is the cleanest source of protein, all in all great product I've made progress that I've never made before and I would highly recommend this.Gave it 4stars coz I haven't tried other flavours and I also don't want to overhype it.

Recommended use: take 1-3 portions daily – upon awakening, between meals, after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (35 g = 1 scoop) to 115 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
