IMS 322100-BLK Black Plastic Replacement Gas Cap Screw Type Fuel Tanks

The cap doesn't quite fit but that is only because I couldn't find Suzuki Ozark as an option. The product arrived on time and is of good quality. I will look again to find the right gas cap.

Order the replacement fuel tank cap one day and two days later is on my '93 Honda 4tracks 300 replacing the old leaky one, but this is my typical results when dealt with the good people at Amazon.

An Amazon search brought this item up as a replacement for a KDX200. The Q&A shows that it fits - it does not. The first response to that Q&A should be edited so you won't see the first response as fitting. Once opened, it's not returnable.

Well made product that shipped and arrived sooner than I expected.Note that this only fits IMS tanks, it WILL NOT fit your OEM tank. I say this because it is not always stated in the description; it was not stated when I bought mine (hence 4 stars on an otherwise 5 star product) I notice the seller has now made that correction.

Did not fit

I purchased this replacement cap for my 4-wheeler. Fits well.

I had one small issue with this, in that it initially didn't go onto the threads of my IMS tank very easily. When I called the manufacturer, they scratched their heads, saying that it should fit easily. Maybe my aging IMS tank plastic is shifting slightly?Regardless, I decided to put a little light oil on the tank threads before trying the cap again. That time I was able to get it on with a bit more force than I would have liked. I did this with a full tank of gas, with the intent of leaving the cap on as long as possible. Three weeks later I took the cap off at a filling station. It went back on with no problem at all, and it's worked perfectly since then.
