- CanDo Slim WaTE Bar 3lb Red, Total Body Workout Weighted Exercise Bar for Strength Training, Toning, and Physical Therapy

Been looking for a 3 lb straight weight bar for over 10 years. I had a prior surgery (not for my shoulders or arms) and was introduced to this straight weight bar in rehab. It really helped strengthen my shoulders and arms. This bar is well made and I believe it's made of metal. It is not made of that plastic PVC piping. I don't know why a 3 lb bar was so hard to find, but I'm very pleased to have this one. It's heavier that I remember, but I'm older now, too. Yes, I'd buy it again. Tyty Amazon & supplier.

Very good for physical therapy at home workouts. I love it for that reason.

Perfect for what I needed to build back muscle strength in my upper body. I am able to emulate the excercises that I was shown at Rehab. Perfect!

I am using this high quality pole for at home neck therapy. It’s perfect for the days I do not go to PT. Appreciate that these poles come in whole and half weights. One thing I am annoyed about is a large sticker that I have to pick off and clean the glue residue from the pole!!!

Great price! The one I use in the rehabs was too expensive so I bought this at half the price and I kind of like it better. It’s a nice looking weight bar. It has been helping me with my rehab. I would totally recommend! This product is the one don’t keep looking this is the one!

I ordered the lowest weight WaTE bar (1 pound) to use for physical therapy exercises following total shoulder replacement surgery. The surgeon's assistant (and also YouTube videos) had recommended using everyday household items (a yardstick or a broom) for passive physical therapy exercises but the yardstick felt flimsy/not supportive enough and the broomstick was unwieldly/awkward so I went to Amazon looking for an alternative and I'm SO glad I found these. The CanDo SlimWaTE bar is very sturdy, evenly balanced, and is very comfortable to grip (all especially important when you're using one good hand/arm to lift the other weak/recovering arm in initial passive physical therapy work). I like it so much I'm going to order additional bars at different weights to use in upper body weight training and stretching exercises. The only disappointment is one that other reviewers have also mentioned: unattractive stickers placed on the bar that are impossible to remove...I'm surprised the manufacturer seems to ignore customer response and continues to place these unremovable stickers on their product , so I'm deducting one star.
