Got this when weather was cold and brings such warmth to my bed on a cold winters night. Easy to use and warms bed up quickly and so comfortable to lay in, even wrap it around my knees when sat watching tv on a cold night! Proper comfort and great price and quality

The blanket itself is nice and does the job. Not so sure about the tie string method, it allows a lot of room for slippage going through 3 loops at each side of the blanket and only fastening on one side of the bed. I'm constantly having to tighten the string back up again and pull the blanket back a few inches.Because the controller isn't a slider button but instead is a push button, this means that when you set it to work on a Smart Plug to come on half hour before you get to bed on a timer, it does not come on, because you have to physically push the buttons to make it switch on. With a slider button you can leave it set at the desired setting and leave the smart plug to switch it on and off. Or ask Alexa to turn the blanket on or off! But since the product wasn't designed for this, I didn't mark it down a star for that. But just in case anyone here is looking for a blanket that works with their Smart Plug, this is not the one to be getting. But other than that, pretty standard, warms up fast enough, although a bit colder at the foot end and hotter in the middle, not as even heat as I'd have expected.

Couldn't wait to try it out. Inserted fixed plug, then plugged into main socketm -On a no 4 heat was lovely and warm.Instructions are worth a read. A lovely large throw, was quite surprised at the size. Soft velvet outer feel to it.Pleased with this. Happy to recommend it.

Good gift has numerous settings and the fabric is quite soft to touch. Haven’t tried to wash it yet but it seems easy enough. Settings allow for various temperatures and it’s not too bad on the electricity usage either.

Bought this blanket at the end of November 2023 after reading all the positive reviews.I can say that having it at number 4/5 is good. However, the control constantly heats up and 2 weeks ago, the blanket devices to not turn on.Given that the blanket is only 3 months, I expected it to last a lot longer. A message has been sent to the supplier's website. Will update this when I receive a reply.
