Didn’t work
Old battery left in toy and leaked. This corroded the terminal for battery so it wouldn’t work , even with a new battery

2004 with leaky battery installed
I wonder why the battery a 1.5 Duricell aaa was left in the toy? As it is 2020 now the plastic has survived but the elecronic light system is corroded from the acid. I removed the battery cleaned as could but no joy, will be a back shelf reminder not to try old hess as they all came with batteries.
