Dave's Gourmet Scorpion Pepper is my favorite and so is their Scorpion Pepper sauce and I mean that's my favorite hot sauce and I use that to make some other sauces such as taco sauce and even by itself and for some varying lemonades and a few other things and it's a great sauce that's very spicy. I also like the Ghost Pepper sauce and I use that for much of the same items and also with spaghetti and a few other things because I really like parmesan with the ghost pepper. The Insanity sauce is good and I think it's about an Insane+ compared to the Ghost Pepper and Scorpion Pepper and I think that it's about even par with them and maybe they're Insane++ and I like that at times by itself and I'll probably use it in some of my homemade barbeque sauce since it kind of has an almost barbeque sauce flavor going for it and so I think it's also pretty good and the Carolina Reaper I think says Insane++ and yet compared to those others I think it's more like Insane+++++ and so it's pretty darn spicy and I like it with some straight lemonade and I'm going to also have that in chili plus also some brines and flavor-wise I think that it's also pretty good and very spicy!. This is a great combination gift set for the discerning and EXPERIENCED hot sauce fan. Do NOT get this set if you are a beginner at eating hot sauces. If you think that the over-the-counter or off-the-shelf hot sauces are hot , then DO NOT get this set. I'm warning you that Dave's is from, not a different planet, but a different universe in itself. Ok. I'm not normal. I eat standard grade hot sauces (and even the double hot standard grade versions) like normal people use ground pepper seasoning on food. But Dave's gets my respect- a lot of respect, a heck of a lot of respect. Like the level of respect that carries its own respect around in a silver aluminum briefcase with foam cutouts for that extra respect. I've personally emptied 16 bottles of Dave's over the last 7 years! I'm not normal. Ok? And then I needed to replace my Dave's hot sauce when that 16th bottle went empty even with adding a little water for that last bit of heat. So I got this 4 bottle gift set for myself because nobody in my family wants to be known as crazy enough to buy it for me and to be contributing to any potential gastrointestinal angst of myself. Both my sons have tried just a small dot of Dave's and then declared me insane so they aren't touching any of my bottles of it. Modifications to bottles for enjoying Dave's (see pictures) : I found a couple of plastic hot sauce shaker tops on the bottles of garden varieties brands of hot sauce. After removal and cleaning, these shaker tops readily fit on the Dave's bottles and limit down the amount of Dave's dispensed out - plus fit under the cap. These are not the small diameter hole version but have a larger diameter hole. These dispense shakers, combined with storing the bottles in the refrigerator which thickens the hot sauce up, helps me limit my Dave's Gourmet Hot Sauce intake to a small amount each time. Any more than this and I might turn into a pillar of pure ghost pepper myself. I don't know how anyone could pour directly from the bottle (without limiting it) and be able to keep themselves from spontaneous combustion as they eat Dave's Gourmet Hot Sauces seasoned food. If you are into heat, then Dave's Insanity sauce is what you need. A little dab will do ya. Excellent gift idea for those who love their food HOT! Heat level is off the charts. They don't leak. I first learned and tasted this hot sauce in WA state and have been purchasing it every since. Great value for you money. Perfect size and design and for the taste, you will know that you have had some butt kicking gourmet hot sauce. One of these bottles has been banned from a chili festival for quit some time due to it's heat.

It’s hot the insanity is one drop good two drops very hot. Great for my boiled peanuts a few drops in the pot perfect.
