Very High Quality, Works amazing!
It works amazing! The beeping sound is very loud and the app is just as amazing it tells you from the app when it's armed and disarmed, about battery life, it shows you on the app as well if you're battery is in good or bad condition. About sensitivity, it's amazing! As soon I open the door without the little box key it starts to beep very fast. It has a camera on the side and all, and even though the cup doesn't turn the camera and sensitivity is very high quality. I would buy this again.

Great All in one Stand alone system
I really luv this product. It has great features. Luv that it makes a loud chirp if anyone starts peeking in the car. I also love that I can get live data, like Arm/Disarm status, location, vehicle battery voltage, ect. I do have two gripes, one is the size and the other is the camera angle. I wish the unit was lower by half. The unit sits pretty high up, and in my case the cup holder is right behind the shifter. So it can be a bit obtrusive. The other issue is the camera resolution. Although it's a fish eye lens, I can't seem to get good quality image of both the Driver's side and the Passenger side windows. I have the camera placed forward towards the winsheild, wish seems like the best option to get camera views of both sides of the car. Perhaps a second camera, different lens, or higher resolution camera would do. Otherwise I luv this product. Worth every penny.

Works great for deterrent, but hasn't taken pictures of me setting of deterrent
When I first got this, it took a picture of me and my neighbor looking in. Since then it hasn't taken a picture or video that captures immediately, I only get videos of the cats walking on windshield. Still alerts as deterrent or alarm if door opens, but want pictures.

Finally a device that keeps Car Intruders away
My vehicle was recently stolen and I decided to procure a device to keep my vehicle and belongings safe. “Keep” seemed the only system that offered a connected experience I was looking for. My criteria was simple -- (i) simple installation process, (ii) scare would be intruders, and (iii) inform me of any suspicious activity. I have been using Keep for almost 2 months now. And here are my thoughts: Installation Process: This was easier than I expected it to be. On my Honda, the OBD port was easy to locate. The Keep app walked me through the few installation steps and I was able to install the device in the cupholder and secure the cable with the clips. I added the provided Keep fob to my Keychain and was ready. Keep during Use: I really like that the LED ring on Keep tells me the status. When Keep is monitoring and protecting my car, the LED ring turns bright Red. BTW, Keep is smart enough to figure out when I have walked away from my car and arms itself. When I return to my car, it also automatically disarms, and the LED ring turns green. When Keep detects a potential intruder, the LED ring blinks and there are loud chirps. I get an alert on my iphone and a video (occasionally) if a person comes too close to my car. Even when parking on the street, there are few false alarms. I am keeping my Keep and the subscription. Gives me peace of mind that my vehicle and its contents are safe...

Awesome alarm especially if you have a convertible
I bought this alarm because I have a convertible mustang and there are times. I don’t like to put the top up. This was one of the very few options that was out there and I’ve been incredibly impressed. It works very well with no false alarms. I did have an issues with the app, not notifying my Apple phone when there was a deterrent. I reached out to them and they responded almost immediately. They said they would look into it and get back with me. They got back to me the next day said that they would have a fix for my issue on the app and within a week or so they had updated the app and everything works great I did have another issue where the alarm was no longer connecting with my phone I used their text support within a matter of minutes they responded back, asked a few questions then said they thought it would be best if they sent me out a new alarm. This was 4 PM on a Thursday they said they would get it sent out right away , I should have it early part of the following week. To my amazement. I received my new alarm Friday the very next day right around the same time 4 PM. Talk about amazing customer service. I’m still amazed how they could even get me a new alarm so quickly quickly being that I’m in Arizona and I think they are in Georgia. You just don’t find customer service like that these days. I would highly highly recommend this alarm because it works very well and also because the incredible customer service.

Unreliable arming and disarming
After having one for close to a year, I would not buy it if I were you. The idea is good, but you will get unreliable use from this thing. What it likes to to sometimes, is refusing to let me disarm it, through the crappy phone app. We had to wait for hours one night before we could get cellular connection so we could go home. Sketchy reliability if you use the key fob also. The company is good, they even replaced my first unit for free. But now the second one is acting screwed up. Keep in mind, this is only a deterrent, as it does not COMPLETELY PREVENT your car from being stolen as there is no starter, ignition, or fuel pump cut off.

Don't buy this if you have a Mercedes or BMW.
I wanted to love this product, I really did. I've been trying it for over a year. The company provides prompt service and communication too. But some vehicles object to the parasitic power drain, and respond by disabling certain electronics. In my case, when I started using the Keep, if I didn't drive for a few days, the Car Play for my phone would no longer connect on getting into the vehicle. So I tried leaving the Keep unplugged if I wasn't going to drive for awhile, but that's a hassle and it created other problems when the device starts up. I've also had issues with the anchoring system. It's gotten to the point where the device isn't doing anything for me at all, so I pulled it out and tossed it. It's a shame. Just another technological product that isn't nearly as good as it sounds; unfortunately I seem to deal with mediocre hardware and software almost every day now. I'm sick of it.
