What can I say about my Tumi hat, except excel in my recommendation to buy this magnificent hat. I have quite a large head, but I have to say my head fits the rest of my rather large cumbersome body. In the past getting a hat to fit my bald head has been difficult. The order took just a few minutes, measure the circumference of your head just above the ears, in trepidation I flicked through the list of measurements on their site & bingo there was the measurement for my head. I couldn't believe it, gosh surely this couldn't be this simple. Delivery was efficiently quick & the day of unveiling my Tumi hat lovingly packaged was with a bated breath I can tell you. I drew it out of its box & placed it on my head & actually whooped out loud in delight, as I admired myself in the mirror it felt & looked like part of me. It fitted like a glove, in fact so much like a glove I didn't want to take it off & sat rather proudly at my desk wearing a big grin whilst I banged away on my keyboard. I love my Tumi hat & must say it's been one of my best buys. It's beautifully crafted & I urge each & everyone of you thinking about a hat to buy this I truly cannot recommend it highly enough, you will not be disappointed.

Bought this for my husband to replace his old one. It measured on the large side and I needed to exchange it for a size smaller. The exchange was easy but the replacement was still in the large side but came with some cork sizers which once inserted very easily under the inner lining, the hat fit perfectly. Both my husband and I are very happy with the quality, colour and value for money. I definitely recommend it to others.

This is a very nice hat, and good value for the price. In my opinion they do come up large - I had to return the first one I ordered (but the returns process was smooth and worked well). Might be worth ordering a size smaller than you have been used to.

Absolutely awful, literally thrown into a bag, creased beyond salvageable, item read comes package in a box so can be fitted to your head. It looks as though it had been stored for a very long time and no amount of fettling would have revived it. I can only imagine the laughter the packaging department must have done when they must of said which mug has bought this. Terrible.

Lovely hat, seems well made and fits perfectly. Helpful instructions on care & maintenance as well. Weather in UK has not been up for wearing it much yet, but I will try to post an update after a bit more use.

Nice hat but shame it would not travel without breaking the fibres

After years of earache from my nearest and dearest about my headwear on holiday (scruffy baseball caps), I decided to smarten up. I ordered the hat and tube using Tumi's sizing instructions. The hat arrived much earlier than promised. It fits brilliantly, folds easily and achieves the almost impossible in making me look smart. The full brim also provides more shade than a baseball cap. Roll on Italy for a true test.

I ordered a size 62cm as I have a massive head. The hat actually came in that size and could have been a shade smaller but that was just because they actually made what I ordered. Sizes vary in 1cm increments. The product feels superior in quality and shape and construction to other products I have bought off the shelf. Recommended for anyone who likes a nice hat (I received many compliments) or needs one to keep the sun off which is my main excuse.
