Easier to take than 4 separate supplements. And they taste good!

I've been using these for 3 weeks now and have lost 2.5kg so far. It works well as an appetite suppressant and tastes quite sweet and fruity. I much prefer these over having to drink a capsule, the gummies can be a little sticky but they're easy to chew and swallow - a bit like a wine gum. There's a lot of mixed guidance online, but what's worked for me is to have 1 gummy in the morning when I start feeling hungry, I would wait at least half an hour after eating the gummy before having a meal. I then do the same at night. Just be careful at night time, they can keep you awake - I try not to have them after 6pm generally. Stick it out for a few weeks, it really does work. For me, it just reduces food noise - the snack cupboard doesn't call me and because my sugar levels are stable, I'm not just grabbing the nearest snack just to get something into my system.

This is a great, tasty supplement with good ingredients. The only issue is how they clump together and are difficult to remove from pot. To remedy this I put them in a bowl with a little rice flour, mix well and put back in bottle. Maybe something for the manufacturer to consider.

Taste good. Easy to take. Good quality.

We will find out if they help along the way but my initial thoughts were small sticky gummies that taste OK. I hand to wash my hands after handling them, which I wasn’t expecting.

Have been taking these since November and have not seen any appetite suppression at all. The size and amount you get is good but don't think it's helped my sleep much either as I still wake every night. Muscles still ache and it's very frustrating that once you are half way down the tub you.literally cannot get the gummies out without having to dig around with a knife or something. Even then they come out in a big sticky clumpy mess. So quality wise I wouldn't recommend at all. And as they haven't worked for me not really value for money either .

These vitamines are very good and taste well.
