The XL would probably work for you. Measurements for XL: Underarm to underarm laid flat is 22" and Length back of the neck to bottom is 27". Hope that helps.

Size Small, laid flat, measures 19 inches underarm to underarm. I would suggest comparing that measurement to a shirt you already have that is your ideal fit. Hope that helps.
