I bought it for the look...to use on a small table as you enter my Loft. I didn't even read the description about if using a cone incense to create smoke from the chimney. I'm very pleased, and will use the "smoke" feature if/when I have guests....but I have it on at night...just for me.

Tried several times with two different backflow incense brands. Smoke never came out of the chimney. Also, the glitter is not adhered well to the house. It all falls off and gets everywhere.

Can not replace lights looks cheap

I got two different style homes from this small business and i am very impressed! I did not realize they hold incense as well. How fun! I received many compliments on both my little houses this year. They would make a great gift as well to anyone who loves Christmas.

This is a cute little decoration for Christmas! The gingerbread house effect makes it perfect for me kitchen and I love that has the light up feature. Not a bad price either.

I really like this, as it feels sturdy, and looks really quite beautiful at night. Its solid, and shipped very well so mine was pretty much perfect on arrival. It did have what I thought might be hair on it, but it was just some of that glue stuff that sticks together and looks like a hair...just take it off and...quite fine. Structurally perfect, and looks great. and when you turn the lights out...it looks even better. Really impressed with how good it looks with the lights on, at night, and I am extremely happy with it between how sturdy it seems, and how good it looks.Note: you will need 3 AAA batteries that go in the bottom, and you will need to flip it on and off at the bottom, the only true negative for me is that there is no 12 hour timer option. But at this price point pretty much no christmas lighted product has that that I know of, so...same exact mechanism as pretty much every affordable christmas lighted item I have ever owned. It's great.
