No more foot pain!
Last summer I broke my ankle, this summer, on the anniversary of the break, I sprained it super badly and had to go back into a walking boot. Both before an after the sprain 9but only after the fracture), I started experiencing an burning sensation in my middle toes after about 2 hours of wear, no matter what kind of shoe I chose (other than Birkenstocks or Crocs). I have a couple of international trips, with a bunch of walking coming up and I was worried about my ability to see and do the things I wanted. I bought these shoes on a whim because they were inexpensive and had good reviews. I am so glad I did! My toes can move freely and the toe box is really big. No joke, they looked a little like clown shoes when I first saw them, but they are really cute on. I have already purchased another WHITIN style and they are also comfy. I haven't experienced the nerve pain once while wearing either pair and I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Very good beginner shoe to barefoot wear
Very comfortable upon arrival, and are generally versatile for every day use. Very little arch support to help your feet adjust to barefoot shoes. True to size. These are NOT slip resistant, not recommended for hiking, especially on rocks or anything you need a grip on, you will slide. They pick up a lot of sand adding to the non slip resistance. They are also very lightweight and flexible, I do really like these shoes but will be upgrading to a more durable pair of barefoot shoes soon.

Very loud and squeaky
I really wanted to like these shoes. They have a lot of great qualities: well constructed, durable fabric, comfortable, cute, and roomy. However, I don't think I'll be able to wear them much. They're absurdly loud and squeaky. I work in a quiet office environment, and over the past week that I've had them, most of my workers have commented on how loud they are. It's too bad too, because they check all of the other boxes. They're a good reminder to pick up my feet more, but even they they squeak lol. They squeak on every surface except carpet, even on rough pavement. Unless you're okay with having comically loud shoes, these might not be for you.

Love the comfort!
These were my very first pair of minimalist shoes or barefoot shoes. I love the wide toe box and the fact that you can wear them with or without socks and they're just as comfortable. They are a great price over the name brands, and in my opinion just as great! For anyone planning to purchase these shoes I definitely recommend wearing them for a couple of hours each day walking around outside to get used to them. Will definitely be buying another pair!

Least clown-like barefoot shoe
These are the cutest barefoot shoes I’ve tried. They are also extremely comfortable. They run large (I wear 8.5-9 & got an 8). I wore these for 12 hours straight at an amusement park without any aching feet, toes, legs, etc. Highly recommend!

Comfy and Priced Right
Love the look of these shoes and comfortable. Just wish the Whitens (I have 3 pair) didn't squeak so much when the rubber meets the road!

Back of the shoe is a nightmare
Back of the shoe folds in on itself - creates uncommon ugly blushes in the back. Unfortunate because I loved the color and I think they’re comfortable otherwise

Great for Autistic Toe Stemmers
I stem a lot with my toes which causes me to take off my shoes as I cannot move my toes enough in regular shoes. These shoes are wide enough in the toes that I can stem and not have to take them off constantly, even at work. I also have the Foot Feet Arch support system. Arches work well, the insole do not. I am having to put the toe wedge in the insole of the shoe as it's a much wider toe box. Highly recommend for the autistic person that does the toe stemming.

Can't speak to durability yet....
But these are some comfy, budget wide toe box shoes. Not exactly "barefoot" but I wasn't expecting that. I wear them to work and they are lovely.

Mucho, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba
Estoy empezando mi transición a zapatos tipo barefoot y decidí empezar con unos qué no me costaran tanto y no me doliera tanto si no me acomodaba. La verdad, quede muy gratamente sorprendida, me encantan. Son de buena calidad, cómodos y muy bonitos!

Great fit
Wide by toes for lots of comfort. Sturdy shoes with solid ankle support. Similar to earth shoes from the 70’s in fit except these don’t have the negative heel that earth shoes had. I highly recommend.

Excelente barefoot!
Volveré a comprar Whitin!

What I needed
I do like these these runners because they give your toes so much space to move around. The only downfall is because they are a barefoot runner. There is no heel support. After long distance I would find I would get a lot of heel pain. I simply put in thicker insoles and now I’m completely happy.
