Purchased two pitchers. One leaked from the seal on the bottom and the other didn't engage the blender base well and ground on the gear. Returned them amd received half my money back becuase I threw away the packaging.

The locking ring doesn't lock.
The locking ring on this blender has no retaining bumps to keep it in place. Blender cup cracked & was thrown away. This isn't a very good product.
