We harvest the wheatgrass and then extract the juice using a cold pressed juicer, so the nutrients are never damaged by heat. We mix apple and pear juice with the wheatgrass juice. High pressure is then applied to seal in the nutrients and enzymes. This juice combines the natural grassy taste of the wheatgrass with the natural sweetness of the apple and pear juice.
