Finding a Bible that's both engaging and easy to understand can be a challenge, especially when you're trying to introduce it to young children. Recently, I discovered a "Promise Bible" that has truly transformed our family's approach to scripture, making it more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, including my 5-year-old.What immediately stood out was its interactive nature. My 5-year-old loves spending time coloring the pictures while we read passages, which helps her to focus and retain the information better. It's a wonderful way to connect the visual aspect with the narrative.Beyond the coloring aspect, the Promise Bible is also incredibly easy to study. The layout is clear and concise, with verses often grouped thematically. This makes it simpler to understand the context and overall message of each passage. The language used is also intentionally accessible, avoiding overly complex or archaic phrasing that can be confusing for both children and adults.But the most significant testament to this Bible's success is the fact that my 5-year-old actually enjoys interacting with it. It's no longer just a book on the shelf but a source of curiosity and engagement. She asks questions, points out characters she recognizes, and tries to retell the stories in her own words. Seeing her so enthusiastic about learning about the Bible is truly heartwarming.

I thought this was going to be a cheap made childish bible BUT lol I am in love with this one. I am going to buy some and put them away for gifts now. You don’t have to color it and it’s still beautiful. The print is very readable for me although if I’m going to sit down and read for hours then I’d choose a bigger printed text bible but to read a few chapters then this ones fine.

The absolute best Bible ever !! I’m soo happy! This has been the BEST gift yet! I have used this to color, journal and read everyday now! I have bought water colors, water color pens, gel pens, and oil colored pencils as well as colored pencils just for this! It has been so much fun journaling and decorating! I bought my now atheist daughter one and put up for her in case she comes around one day. It was so beautiful and I couldn’t pass it up. I’m hopeful she’ll enjoy it when and if the time comes for her to know Christ Jesus.

I love my Bible, the writing was smaller than I hope but the drawings are beautiful and encourages you to read more
