These have been an invaluable resource to me for years. I love having all of my voice mail messages in one place for easy reference.How many times have people called and not left their phone numbers - but they still expect a prompt return phone call? Now you can look back to that one call from weeks ago when a phone number actually was left. Or, how about when those savvy callers leave a detailed message to avoid a game of phone tag? Now you will know where to find those details when you need them.The follow-up section is incredibly useful. It is great to have one place to record my actions or information gathered from a phone call for future reference. I used to use random pieces of paper to record notes from phone calls. Random pieces of paper which were always lost immediately.I use this book fairly non-traditionally. In addition to recording my incoming calls, I use this to aid my forgetfulness by recording voicemail messages that I LEAVE. I make a LOT of calls during the day at work. I get so annoyed with myself trying to remember if I have called a particular person and/or what message I left. I get even more annoyed when I leave a detailed message so someone can just return the call with the answer that I need, but the return call comes two days later with "What do you need?" Now I can have a handy reference as to when and why I called a particular person in the first place.Regardless of how you choose to use this spiral-bound book, it is a valuable business tool and a great thing to have next to every office phone because it creates a useful journal of business activities. Don't worry about trying to remember what that caller said or what day you spoke to someone. Write it down instead. You will have written documentation of event timelines and reminders of how a wonderful plan came together.I recommend these highly and will continue to purchase them myself as long as I have a phone on my desk.

Clean and easy to use

Who writes a review of a voicemail message book? It seems such a mundane thing - a place to hit down calls and phone numbers. Almost a necessary evil. BUT I have to say that if you need to participate in this ordinary office activity, this is the one I would recommend! Being able to pay it flat and write up, not just who called and when, but what you did with that information and when you did it has SAVED me countless times from potentially volitile situations with the boss! So thumbs up. If I had just one piece of advice, I would add a couple of extra lines for the follow-up section.

I have been using this call log for so many years. It is an amazing way to supplement any other way you track your daily calls and to-do list(ie:data devices, etc). I carry this log with me in my "work" bag, and then keep it on the desk when I am working. Throughout the day, as I take calls I log them with details. Then, I simply cross through the message later in the day once I have completed the task. The messages that are NOT crossed out are obviously still needing attention. It will change your day and relieve so much stress from lost sticky notes, not remembering where you wrote a message down, etc. This is so much better than sticky notes, or notes on papers that can be forgotten about. Any person who regularly receives many calls (especially calls with requests) definitely needs a log like this...and this is nicer than the carrying a blank spiral notebook!

I don’t know how I kept track of voicemails prior to getting this. It’s thin enough that I can stack other notepads on top of it. Has just enough room to write everything I need.

I receive numerous voice mails. This log has all the information needed to record the message, record the follow-up and reference at a later time for notating cases. Plenty of room in the spaces to write notes. Ring binder is well made. Great value considering Office Supply chains are selling similar, less attractive products for double the price!

Book has a semi-hard front and a hardback. The whole book is completely bent to crap. Won't sit flat on my desk. I wouldn't pay $2 for this. What a waste of money. Pictures show how I received it.
