I was looking for a sports bottle to replace one I recently lost. Hopefully dishwasherable, and could handle carbonated beverages. On Amazon, it twice says this bottle is dishwasherable, but when the product arrived, the box says "Please try to avoid dishwasher cleaning." WTF? Is it dishwasher-safe or not? The box also says "Do not store carbonated drinks." That would have been nice to mention on Amazon.The information appears to be poorly translated from some other language: "Don't put it near the heat source to avoid affecting the using function." So I am not sure how much attention I should pay to the wacky instructions on the box, and perhaps go instead by the information on Amazon's website.I should mention here that I am disabled and it is physically very difficult for me to stand at the sink to hand wash items. Putting them in the dishwasher is much easier for me. So it is not laziness that is causing my complaint about possibly having to hand wash this sports bottle. It is pain. Plus, I am annoyed when an ad says one thing and the product says another when you get it home. I don't like bait-and-switch.One thing I noticed after I submitted this review: the box said it was a 17 oz. bottle, when I ordered a 27 oz bottle. When I measured the bottle I received, it was at least 27 oz. So I feel safe in ignoring the info on the box as they apparently grabbed the wrong box to pack it in or something like that. I'll see if actual use causes me to add back the missing 2 stars I took off for missing/wrong info on the box. Thank you.Edit 6/22/22 The bottle has been thru the dishwasher and has had carbonated drinks in it for a while now with no apparent problems. So it was probably just packed in the wrong box as I mentioned above. Added back 1 star. The bottle was good, the packaging bad.

Nice , durable water bottle. Unfortunately the lid cracked from being repeatedly dropped. I reached out to inquire about a new lid . They were so kind and sent a whole new bottle and lid ! I am amazed at their customer service and will definitely be buying from them in the future ! My son is enjoying his new thermos with intact lid .

I bought one to use everyday and I liked it a lot. It had all the features I wanted but where the top screwed on to the bottle RUSTED. Thinking it was a fluke I got another one but that one RUSTED TOO. I actually tried hard to wipe off the area before putting on the lid & hand washed it but still got rust; VERY disappointing.

The 30-day return period ended 13 days ago. The "stainless steel" collar had started to rust. The vendor took note of my review and contacted me and ultimately replaced the bottle. That is very important because, aside from the issue with collar, I love the product.This vendor really stands behind their product.

Water bottle fu crooned fine but within a month the paint started peeling. Now every time I wash it, more and more paint comes off. I’ve got red paint chips all over my sink.

Easy to clean.
