I'm not saying you should go swimming or do very sweaty activities in a hot room, but it's the most water resistant "Hair stuff" I've used so far. You gotta spray it in "sessions": Spray a "swipe" on yourself, wait 5 seconds, repeat. Be VERY careful not to cause a run. I've slept with a white pillow and about 5% of it transferred. Also, beware of the nozzle, it can sometimes run onto your fingers, or worse, drip into your floor/walls/sink and it DOES stain...
