Not sturdy / Lightweight
You cannot use these as described in the listing. They are super lightweight & tip under the weight of the plastic chain.

look good; too lightweight
I used the reflector tape to attach the two segments. not sure what to use to hold the segments to the base. I think a strong wind will blow them over. I filled the segments with stones and sand to add weight. I like the green for getting people's attention.
