Q: Is this men and women size? I'm an 11 in women. What size?

The women's size should be 1 1/2 size smaller ok n men's. 11 in women would be approximately 9 1/2 in men.

Q: Is the size 7 for women or men? I see some women's sizes but wanted to check before buying.

I ordered a size 7.5 D (M), but received a mens size 7.5 (which equates to a womens 9). If it doesn't specifically list women's, then it is men's sizing. I re-ordered a size 6M, which equates to a women's standard size 7.5. If you are a women's size 7, then order the 5.5 D (M), and you should be fine. What I love about Vans "unisex" slip ons is that they are not wide (like typical men's/boys shoes), so they fit snugly on your foot. Hope that helps!
