cheap and good quality
It is exactly what it says, pure glycolic acid powder, mix with water for the desired percentage and you are set. This should last me years.

Why not tingling like retail type
Despite mix water. Its not same as other glycolic no spicy like even retail. Weaking. No smell close to sugar cane at all. Just crystal. But others have sugar cane smell.

Improved skin clearity
I mixed this with my face toner. I think I mixed it at about 40%. The directions are not all that clear, but it seems to be ok. When applied it does make your face tingle. My face has been quite clear since I've started using it, but I need to apply every 2 or 3 days. I've had a little bit of dryness but I added hyaluronic acid to my routine which has helped with any peeling.
