Damaged ball- not great packaging
The brown ball has a circular crack through it. And the box was very damaged!

poor quality, not been perfectly polished
the quality is poor. product is sent in different box (black background with white circles), not the red box shown on the page. apart from few flaws and cracks, the balls are not perfectly polished, not perfect smooth. if you see the picture, the reflection of light in 3 cue balls, Aramith and even a no-name brand from Amazon are able to reflect clear dots of light (the light is from LED, so appear like many dots), but this ball set is vague which means because the surface is not smooth, light can scatter anywhere rather than reflect on a point. I found several cheaper sets. I guess they are from the same factory (maybe China), and I thought this one is 10 pound pricey than other cheap sets and might be a little better, but I was wrong.
