The compression brace does not cover enough area for me to be helpful. 5'9 155 pound muscular. The doorway pulley is ok I guess but I would prefer very light resistance band vs pulling a string through a pulley. The bed assist is in the way more than it is helpful.

Like the way the item fit on my shoulder but wish it covered more . Deltoids treated for sure and part of the traps are covered. Picture looks different than actual item. The compression is ok I would be very careful using compression on the shoulder area in general and rec'd talking to your Dr or physical therapist before using this. I have experience with these devices and understand anatomy but you should always check with a professional.

This kit is no joke. It is the same quality as in the actual PT's office. This is great for anyone to have on hand or can't afford PT sessions. I am really impressed with this. It is very stable and easy to put together.
