Here is the list of ingredients: Water, Methyl Gluceth-20, Glycerin, PVP, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate 20, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance/Parfum, Panthenol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Amodimethicone, Citric Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Tetrasodium EDTA, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Trideceth-12, Cetrimonium Chloride, BCC12-Base. Whether any of them translate as silicone I've no idea! Wish I hadn't seen how many chemicals are in it - but it's a very effective product
