This vintage mario shirt was perfect for my daughter's mario themed 4th birthday! She was super excited to have all the characters on her shirt, all the colors are bright and stayed well through the wash, plus it's a nice orchardy purple - her favorite color! The shirt is a soft, smooth material - it's a bit thin, but actually in a good way because of the slim fit of the shirt. The shirt is long and skinny, but plenty stretchy because of the thin material.As listed in the description, the shirt does come with a funky, chemically smell, but disappeared after one wash. My only issue with the shirt - which is a small issue because it's probably my fault for not reading the description well enough - but the XS shirt is a size 3-4 (I was expecting a 4-5) luckily my daughter is tall and thin, so the shirt fit perfectly, but I was expecting it to be a little big so it could last her awhile. Oh well, still a great shirt that I would definitely recommend.
