Works great use this product daily

Must have for your arm-building journey
Since it is 3" hollow, I added two short 50lb bands wrapped around like rings for additional width and finger strengthening action you get from something like bowling or the pitching a baseball. The hole is large enough to throughly work each finger( even the pinky!) Or up to two fingers!. Too bad more people do not realize the potential and the innovation that this unique product offers. This is a gamechanger and the future of arm building.

Meh. Itโs probably fine, but I got the similar item with the orange straps and aluminum handle and I like that one much better. This one isnโt grippy. It didnโt come with the clips in the pictures. And the straps are not as pictured either. I basically returned it for the lack of grip it had AND ESPECIALLY the false advertising. Just get the orange strap one

Too xpensive to what it is
It is good but the price is unreal . You can build your own for 5 box

Popeye Forearms!
I love any exercise equipment with a big grip. I've got those Fat Boy rubber attachments that are awesome with dumbbells, pull-up and dip bars. This hand grip is like that but even larger! I've got mine hooked up on my home gym cable unit and in just one day of playing around, with light weight and doing some forearm curls. Man! For the last 2 days my arms have been sore. And I workout mostly in pull ups and deadlifts and this handle still got me! Just home wrist curls and presses alone make this grip an amazing forearm developer. Add in all those arm wrestling moves too plus the different variables you can make by wrapping the individual straps around. This thing is pure killer! One arm pulldowns and rows are also interesting too. Looking forward to going hard this winter and looking like old Stallone by spring with those Expendable forearms he's got. Ha ha.
