Just received this purse with obvious scratches in the leather. Now I definitely can’t give this as a Christmas present. I can’t believe whoever packed it thought this would go unnoticed. I paid good money for this purse and this is extremely disappointing. Worth zero stars.

I really loved the first purse I ordered. It had a faux suede beige interior that's really soft and appropriate for the bag. This one has some cheap black fabric inside. Doesn't look good.
