Has to be used with a special light - I purchased this and take it to my nail salon. It really gives a cool shimmering, irridescent color.

Works fine. But not as fine as I expected
It's fun to work with.I guess it works with certain solid colorsot transparent color. Im trying it with white nail polish. Will update my review then.
